Every pair is made by hand in my Barcelona workshop and shipped from there.
I prepare and pack every order myself within 3–4 business days (Spanish holidays not included) and send it with Correos. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your pair leaves the workshop.

Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: please add your DNI/NIE at checkout. Correos can't accept the package without it.
Outside the EU (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway): your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are paid by you.
You can return a pair within 14 days of receiving it. Write to pilar@biencaton.com with your order number and tell us if you would like a refund or another size, if one is still available. I'll reply with the next steps
Pairs must come back unworn and unwashed, with their label.
Return shipping is at your cost. Once the pair is back with us and we check all is good, we refund the price of the pair to your original payment method. Please allow some days for the whole process to be completed.
Sending from outside the EU? Mark the package "Returned goods – no commercial value" on the customs form, so it isn't charged import taxes.
